Cancellation and Changes

The following cancellation fees apply for cancellations requested by the customer:

• Up to 7 days before: Free

• 6 to 2 days before: 50% of the fee

• The day before or same day: 100% of the fee

 

*In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances, we may cancel or reschedule the service.

Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not available after the service has been provided.
If the service is canceled due to the organizer’s circumstances, the paid amount will be refunded.
